[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

Two weeks have passed but the bug that prevented players from receiving rewards and caused items to disappear still hasn't been fixed

(1) completed the weekend challenge but did not receive any rewards due to a system bug

(2) rank-up items has been reduced from 1,400 to just 115 = items lost

Date 03 / 01 / 2026 - 11 / 01 / 2026

It happened to me in the first second and third weeks. 

Same Problem completet the quest last week and still didnt got the reward. The week befor i got them

Hello EA Community Team,

I am experiencing a recurring issue in FC Mobile during the current League Event.

For the past two weeks, after completing the Weekend Challenge / Visitor Challenge, the game does not properly register the completion. After finishing the challenge, I am returned to the menu and the game behaves as if the rewards were already claimed, but nothing is added to my account.

As a result, I have lost:

- 40 Token Shards

- 400 Rank Upgrade Points

I completed the challenges correctly and stayed until the end screen. This issue has occurred multiple times.

 I completed the weekend challenge( both of the ) and got rewards from it, but quest didn't count, same problem as last week. 

Where is our compensation? It didn’t take you guys that long in week 2 and it was mid holidays!!

I was not rewarded for the weekend quest even though I finished the task. 

We were compensated for the week before that. Will it be the same for last week?

We didn't get a compensation for week 3 like we got for week 2. The bug was never fixed even after compensating. Idk about tomorrow either.. What if the bug's still not fixed. You guys aren't even giving a compensation anymore.
