Leaderboard titles/Logos are not distributed

Hi everyone and Ea, I’m sure I’m not the only person affected by this so called bug or technical fault, the season before the maintenance I was ranked 31 for VSA mode and i did checked minutes prior before the maintenance commenced, so I’m sure I’m in the top 50. However to my disappointment, after the maintenance is completed season end rewards was issued in the mailbox, no logs was seen when I collected my VSA rewards? Why is that the case, this season is an actual season and rewards are given out as per usual, but why not logos as well? This is extremely unfair towards me myself and other players that put in so much effort to make it into the leaderboard. Additionally, I’m not the only one affected by this, several of my league members are also victims of this bug, all ranked within the top 250 but no logos received, I already highlighted this issue with an advisor she mentioned this bug was not reported yet and she had raised it up to her team, but I’m not sure how long it will take for actions to be taken.
