Linked account not appearing when trying to redeem codes
I linked my FC Mobile account to Facebook, EA account and to play games but when I try to redeem any redeem code, it states that my FC Mobile account isn’t linked to all of the above.
Hey there. Please ensure you’re using the same EA account in both in-game and on the website. Log into the game with your EA account, then open the website in a new incognito/private browser tab and sign in using the exact same email/EA account details.
Your Facebook profile may be registered with a different email address.
