This message appears to me every time I try to redeem a code and when I open the game I find that my account is already linked and U can not redeem the codes and claim the gifts.

Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for sharing the screenshot. This usually means the EA Account linked to your game is different from the EA Account you're signed into on the code redemption page.
Try signing in with any other emails you may have used. I’d also recommend opening the redemption page in an incognito tab, so your browser doesn’t automatically sign you into the wrong account with saved credentials.
