Loading Match h2h big problem …

when i go to find a h2h match and it finds a match and it just loads to enter the match and it never does, and all my points are wasted on that match, disaster..........

I just saw this and i’ve lost 2/3s of my games to this bug. I went from Legendary II to World Class I due to this glitch. I load in and the screen is complete black, then goes to the players lining up is gray, turns to the normal screen and there are no buttons and all the players are frozen.
