Logging in don’t work

I’m trying to redeem a code for fc mobile so it ask me to log in but when I log in it doesn’t work and I logged in with apple since I use apple for my fc mobile and when I log in it says log in required to use codes

    Hi there.
    Please make sure you’re logging into the code redemption page with the exact same EA Account that is linked to your FC Mobile profile in-game.

    The redemption page checks your EA Account, so if you sign in with a different email or EA Account, it may not detect your game profile correctly. Try signing out of the page, then log back in using the same EA Account you use in the game. Try an incognito tab to be sure you use the right login details.
