Login Counter Stop

Hello,
the login counter as well for Glorious Eras Event , login quest part , as for Heroes quest , stopped at day 7 what will prevent me from completing the entire quests and receiving the rewards. 
This is the second time i post the same issue .  Hope this time i ll get an answer at least .
