Login failed
I cannot login to my account due to 0x000000002 error. I changed my region but it not working. Please tell me the right solution to fix it

There doesn't seem to be an issue with our servers at the moment. Just to check, if you're using wifi could you try logging in with mobile data, or vice versa? Let me know if that helps.
It seems to be a region problems. My region is VN but even I tried to change to another region, it still not working

I'm not seeing a lot of folks with the same error right now, so while it could absolutely be a regional issue, it's worth troubleshooting in case it's something local too. Did you try the steps I recommended below? If that doesn't work, can you try the steps in this article to see if that helps?
