Login Failed

I can't Open my account when I open Fc Mobile  And said : Login Failed Please try again later 0x00000001 . What should I do ??

    Hi there. Welcome to our forums. Could you please try the steps listed below and see if that helps improve things for you?

    1. Close FC Mobile completely and restart your phone.
    2. Switch your connection: try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or Wi-Fi instead of mobile data.
    3. Make sure FC Mobile and your phone’s operating system are fully updated.
    4. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > FC Mobile > Storage and clear the app’s cache. Then reopen the game.
    5. Disable any VPN, Private DNS, ad blocker, or network-filtering app temporarily.
    6. Try signing in from another supported phone or tablet.
