Missing Quick Pass Swipe Gesture on My Account

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue with my FC Mobile account.

UID: [Removed - CM]

The Quick Pass swipe gesture is missing on my account.

I tested another FC Mobile account on the same iPhone with the same game version, and the Quick Pass swipe gesture is available on that account. However, it is missing only on my account.

I have already tried:

• Resetting the control settings.
• Logging out and logging back in.
• Restarting my iPhone.
• Reinstalling the game.

Since another account works correctly on the same device, I believe this is an account-specific issue rather than a device issue.

Please check my account and restore the Quick Pass swipe gesture if possible.
