Login glitch fc mobile

Question

I was about to login then suddenly I found an error message so I uninstalled and&nbsp; reinstalled&nbsp; the game then when I want to login to my saved account I don't find the option to log into a Facebook or ea sports or Google Play account I only found the guest option so I restarted the network and the game and I tried to contact one of your employees but they said that they will get me a supervisor but never got a message from him and I'm stuck in the loading screen and I want to play. So EA please do something

Hey 61kj65njmbbv​ After reinstalling the game, please make sure to enter the correct date of birth.Keep in mind that underage users won’t have the option to log in with other accounts.
