Mistake

Subject: Wrong exchange - Need immediate Help

Message: Hi I accidentally exchanged 180 million coins for a pack just half an hour ago in FC mobile This was a mistake-i did not intend to make that exchange.i have not opened or used anything after the mistake.....Could you please help reverse this and restore my 180M coins?

My details: Player ID: [removed for account safety] region:Europe Time of exchange: like one hour or less Exchange: 180M coins for the 109 SOW that I got in the 108+ pack

Hey Tryhard131PRO Unfortunately, in-game exchanges and transactions like this are generally final and we’re not able to reverse or restore coins or items once the exchange has been completed, even if it was accidental and the pack hasn’t been opened yet. That’s not something we can change.

Hey Tryhard131PRO Unfortunately, in-game exchanges and transactions like this are generally final and we’re not able to reverse or restore coins or items once the exchange has been completed, even if it was accidental and the pack hasn’t been opened yet. That’s not something we can change.
