Losing streak

Well I don't really know what is going on in my account but all the games I played in manager mode yesterday I only won 2 or 3 I guess drew mostly 5 or 6 and then lost the rest of them so I don't really know what is going on but I'd you guys to look into it please because even my match making pool is messed up I get mostly only 117's up in the game not just only yesterday even in vsa 😂 it's the same thing but I don't really  bother about vsa and h2h problems because I'm the one playing but in manager mode where the AI plays the game come on I'm always gonna lose against a 117 player so please I'd like if you do something about it that is if you can thank you
