Lost 1000 shards

I claimed the 1000 shards reward from the World's Game Milestones event. The reward shows as claimed, but my balance did not increase. I had 4451 shard before claiming and i still have 4451 after more than 20 minutes and multiple Game restarts. Please investigate ang credit the missing 1000 shards. Thank you
