Lost daily strike

Hello EA Support,

I am contacting you because I lost my daily login streak of around 480 consecutive days, and I am very disappointed because I have been playing FC Mobile every day for a long time.

On the day the USA played against Belgium, I opened the game as usual. However, I experienced a connection issue that prevented my login from being properly registered. I did enter the game, but due to this technical problem, my daily login streak was reset.

I have always been a loyal and active player, and reaching nearly 480 consecutive days meant a lot to me. I kindly ask if you could please check my account and see if it is possible to restore my login streak.
