Critical 100% Loading Freeze / Systematic Rank Depreciation Loop at 125+ OVR

Hello EA Developers and Community Managers,

 

I am writing this out of absolute frustration. For ONE MONTH, my account has been completely unplayable due to a critical server-side database loop, and EA Help support agents (Kavya, Aiswarya, Manpreet, Aditi) have completely failed to help me, repeatedly closing my tickets with generic automated device templates.

 

Please look at my data and escalate this to the technical engineering team. This is 100% a profile corruption on your servers. In the past, I reached a 126 OVR squad and hit this exact same freeze loop; nobody helped me, so I was forced to delete my entire account progress and start from scratch! Now, I rebuilt my team back to a 125 OVR squad, and the exact same nightmare loop is back.

 

BUG DETAILS & BEHAVIOR:

- Whenever I try to play Head-to-Head or Division Rivals, the match loading screen permanently freezes at 100%.

- I restart the game repeatedly, but it automatically drops me back into the same frozen 100% screen.

- While I am frozen, the server starts the match in the background and forces my squad to play in automatic "bot-mode". This causes consecutive automatic losses, completely destroying my rank, fans, and rewards.

- The most breaking part of the loop: Only when my rank and points drop drastically to a low level, the server suddenly allows me to successfully load and play 1 manual match. After that 1 match, it freezes again. I can literally only play 1 out of 30 attempts because of this artificial block!

I have already done every troubleshooting step: minimized graphics to absolute lowest, disabled haptic feedback, and completely deleted all commentary/audio packages. My phone is perfectly optimized. The bug triggers strictly on the server-side database because of my high OVR.

 

Please, someone from the actual technical team manually flush and rebuild my profile's matchmaking and loading cache on your database. Stop sending me automated replies. I need a real solution.
