Lost Gems?

I had around 5-7k gems, then today i got the league reward so +9.1k gems

I opened a 3k gem pack, and got a 112, sharded it, i still got the shards but my gems are missing

750, after getting i think another 300 ish from some grinding, so i had like 450. I decided to go here… 

and btw, the trace that i even opened a 3k is gone, it’s still available to purchase… ea? Can u fix this please?
