Extra time token exchange is not working

I am feeling very sad cause i lost an oppurtunity to pack a guranteed 116 ovr midfield player from encoure scout just because of this bug. I tried to exchnge my 104 ovr players i got from hero chronicles and totw plyers but it shows no players available i will send the proof please fix this bug and i am a f2p player as we are grinding in this game please give us compensations please.
