Lost UTOTS Ticket when matchmaking failed

When I tried starting a VSA match in the UTOTS chapter the countdown went all the way to 10 secs and I got a message saying ”matchmaking failed”.

When retrying I got an error message saying I was already playing. After that I lost a UTOTS Ticket… and gained 0 points (should at least have gotten 2 points for loss?).

Perhaps the opponent did a disconnection cheat but there is no way to report the VSA matchen in UTOTS.
