Lunar New Year Quest

Hii, I have started to play on a new account and the lunar New year is going on now which has a quest event but as I am on a new account the beginner quest is showing but the lunar New year quest is not showing up. Pls help

Hi there. Just a quick question: have you completed the Kickoff Missions on that new account already?
