I bought a few cards from the market (10 Isco Ballon d'Or 107 OVR) to put them in the extra time tokens, but they are not included?

Then I tried some Annivesary cards and this time they got included.

So what is going on?

Yea I don't why I saved so much coins to buy and they don't come in extra time
