You’re not alone. MM is broken, has been for its entire existence, and EA has no intention of fixing it (apparently it was an abandoned attempt at creating a “tactical” version of the game). Best advice: Don’t even try to progress in MM. Just run the simulation and bank whatever meager rewards you can claim. EA doesn’t care about Manager Mode and neither should we.
