Unexpected Disconnected Error During Match Despite Stable Network

Today, while playing a normal Ranked Match, I was in the second half and around the 80th minute of the match when a "Disconnected" error suddenly occurred.

‎The game immediately took me back to the home screen without showing any warning or indication of a network problem beforehand. My internet connection was stable throughout the match, and I did not experience any internet disconnection on my device or other applications.

‎This appears to be an unexpected game side disconnection rather than an issue with my network.

    Hey wahabbaig​,

    Is this a recurring issue, or was it a once-off event that disconnected you? It can be hard to diagnose what exactly causes disconnects like this, but if it's a recurring problem I can share some troubleshooting steps to hopefully prevent it from happening in the future.

    ‎Yes, this issue occurs repeatedly. However, if I completely close the game and then restart it, the problem usually disappears and the game works normally again. It seems to be a recurring in-game issue rather than a permanent network problem.
