Today I went to the exchange section and I used players to redeem mascherano lvl 91 x2 I just received one. How can I report this? As you can see it’s in cooldown mode but I only received 1

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I use my 90 rated players to get the 91 masherano in exchange but when I try to use them they're not in my inventory
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) When I tried to use the masherano 9:10 pm or something

@InstrumentalDrag Did you autofill the exchange? If so, it’s possible it autofilled a Mascherano into the exchange …
