5 hours agoHey there. If you’re running into this issue, there are a few things you can try. Make sure you’ve tested both Wi-Fi and mobile data, and that you have enough free storage space on your device. Then reinstall the app (make sure your account is linked to save your progress), clear its cache, and restart your device to see if anything changes.
