Matches Lagging(even offline)

Lately I started having problem with my game.I have a 60fps device and good internet but my game starts lagging sometimes from the start od the match and sometimes from the second half. It happens also in offline matches wich means my internet connection is fine and in my game booster says I have 60 fps while my game is 5fps. I tried turning graphics low and all the effects but it doesn't help. Does anyone relate to this problem and I hope EA fixes it very fast beacause its becoming unplayable
