Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue with my EA Sports FC Mobile account after today’s game update.
My User ID is: removed
Since the update was completed today, I have been completely unable to play any Division Rivals modes, including:
Head to Head (H2H)
VS Attack (VSA)
Manager Mode
Every time I try to enter a match, the game fails to load properly, and after a while the match is automatically marked as expired or disconnected. Because of this issue, I cannot play Division Rivals at all.
I have already tried logging into my account on multiple devices, including:
Phone
Tablet
Laptop/emulator
However, the exact same issue happens on every device, so I believe this may be related to my account or the latest update.
I have been playing this game for 7 years, and this is the first time I have encountered such a serious problem. I sincerely hope EA can investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Since it's happening across your phone, tablet, and emulator, it definitely points to an account-side sync issue or a server bug tied to today's update. Make sure you copy-paste this exact text into an official EA Support ticket via the in-game help menu or the EA Help website, as the community forums can't access your UID to fix account locks. Hope they patch it for you soon!"
