Mini star pass payment pending

Hello EA Support,

 

I purchased the Unbreakable Mini Pass in FC Mobile for THB 179 on 16 October 2026 at 00:18.

 

My Krungthai Bank receipt confirms that the payment was completed, and the amount was deducted from my account. However, I have not received the Unbreakable Pass, and the in-game purchase screen still shows 0/1.

 

Google Play order history shows the corresponding FC Offer 86 transaction as pending.

 

Could you please investigate this transaction and help me receive the missing Unbreakable Mini Pass? If the purchase cannot be completed, please advise me on obtaining a refund.

 

I can provide my bank receipt, Google Play order history, and screenshot of the missing pass.

    No worries! Oh, and just a heads-up: I removed the attachments that showed your invoice and personal details. For your own security, it is best not to share information like that on the public forums.

    Hey there.
    Please note that transactions can sometimes take up to 24 hours to fully process. If the order is still showing as "Pending" on your Google account, it means the purchase has not been completed on their end yet, which is why the pass hasn't unlocked in-game.

    Please wait a full 24 hours. If it still doesn't go through, make sure to check in with Google Play Support directly, as they manage the transaction processing.
