Missing 118 Thibaut Courtois after signing

Hello FC Mobile Support,

I am reporting a missing player issue on my account.

I signed and claimed the 118 OVR Thibaut Courtois card, but the player did not appear in my team, inventory, or club after the claim was completed.

I have screenshots as proof showing that I signed/claimed the player. Please investigate this issue and restore the missing 118 OVR Thibaut Courtois to my account.

    I think it will show in reserves even if he got his UCL one cuz it's showing for me.

     

  • Who is your Goalkeeper right now? Because if it's also Courtois (the side wall of the card does look like his UCL card), then the game will not display him in the subs/reserves. You'll need to change the GK to someone else, then you should see both Courtois' cards. 

    Otherwise, follow 11DK's suggestion with helpdesk, make sure that you state, "missing content" in the ticket.

    In case of missing players/rewards, you can directly start a case by contacting customer support about it in game from the Settings. However, it can take time and you need to be patient. 

    Also please do check again properly after removing any filters if there are
