Missing 50 Free Numero 8 Tokens

I did not receive the 50 free Numero 8 tokens that other players received simply by logging into the game.

I have been playing the event normally and, including today, I have played 45 matches. I currently have 394 points. Based on the normal daily rewards and matches, my points are exactly what they should be without the missing 50 tokens. If I had received the 50 free tokens, I would currently have 444 points.

I contacted EA Support about this issue, but unfortunately they did not actually help me resolve it. Instead, they repeatedly asked me to provide a screenshot showing the 50 tokens being received.

The problem is that I NEVER received the 50 tokens. How am I supposed to provide a screenshot of a reward that was never credited to my account? If I had received them, I would not be reporting missing tokens in the first place.

I can provide screenshots showing my current Numero 8 event progress and my 394 points, but EA Support should be able to check my account and event records to determine whether the 50 free tokens were credited.

Because of these missing 50 tokens, I am now 50 points behind players who received them and may have to play additional matches or days to reach the 888-point reward.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Did you receive the 50 free Numero 8 tokens?
