Missing coin

I am contacting you regarding a serious issue that happened in my FC Mobile account. Before opening the “Best Doubles Pack”, I had around 800 million coins in my account. After opening the pack, I received 15 million coins as a reward. However, after claiming the reward, I noticed that my total coins suddenly dropped to 94 million coins.
This situation is extremely concerning and unacceptable because my coins were reduced by hundreds of millions without any explanation. I worked very hard to earn these coins through gameplay, trading, and events, and losing them like this is very frustrating.
I believe this might be a technical error or a bug related to the pack or the reward system. I kindly ask your team to review my account logs and transaction history to verify what happened at the moment I opened the pack.
Please investigate this issue carefully and restore my missing coins or provide appropriate compensation for the loss I experienced. I have always enjoyed playing FC Mobile and supporting EA Sports, so I hope this problem can be resolved fairly and quickly.

Hey there. If you hadn’t completed any transactions before this happened, please also try restarting the game, clearing the cache, and then logging back in to sync your account again.
