    Thanks for all the details. If your purchase was still not processed, please contact the Customer Support team through the in-game Customer Service option in Settings.

    Thank you for the response. Here is the requested information regarding my missing Star Pass purchase:

    • Region/Country: Georgia
    • Device model: iPhone 13 Pro Max
    • OS version: iOS 26.4
    • Device language: Russian
    • Purchase details: Star Pass for $9.99 (Order ID: MMWHKVB4WX). The transaction was completed via the App Store, but the content has not been credited to my account.
