Hello EA Support,
I have an issue with the Extra Time event in FC Mobile. I exchanged 460 Gems for 600 Champions Tokens, and the Gems were deducted from my account, but I did not receive the 600 Champions Tokens.
Before the exchange, I had 7,400 Champions Tokens, and I still have exactly 7,400 after the exchange. My Gems were reduced by 460.
Could you please check my account and restore the missing 600 Champions Tokens?

Sorry to hear the 600 Champions Tokens didn’t arrive after your Gems were deducted. I understand how frustrating that is, especially when your balance shows that the exchange went through.
Please fully close and restart FC Mobile, then check your Champions Tokens balance again.

If the Tokens are still missing, please use the Contact Us option at the bottom of the guide to get in touch with our support team. It would also help to have your User ID, the approximate date and time of the exchange, and any screenshots showing the missing Tokens available.
