Missing "Nation's Story Shards" after completing all chapters/matches

Hi EA Team and Community,

I have fully completed all chapters and tasks in the "A Nation's Story" event (England, Italy, and Brazil chapters are 100% finished with all green checkmarks).

However, I didn't receive enough "A Nation's Story Shards" to claim the main rewards. Even though everything shows as completed on my screen, the total amount of shards is missing/short.

I have attached screenshots and video proof showing that all chapters/matches are marked as finished while the shards were not properly credited.

    Hi there. Welcome to our forums. Thanks for sharing the video. We checked how A Nation’s Story Shards II are awarded and used. Completing all three Nation Chronicles—England, Italy, and Brazil—provides a total of 900 Shards II. Your video shows a balance of 660 Shards II.

    Please note that the USA and Mexico Chronicles also award and use Shards II, so some shards may have already been spent there, or there may still be rewards left to complete or claim in those chapters.

    Based on the information available, we have not confirmed a shard-crediting issue. Please review your progress and claimed rewards in the USA and Mexico Chronicles, as well as any rewards previously redeemed using Shards II.
