Sorry to hear you're running into issues with pack purchases, and thank you for letting us know. I've popped information below on how you can get help with your missing purchases, and if you'd like, how to help us with our overall investigation into this.
How to Get Help with Missing Paid Content:
To get help with missing purchases, follow these steps:
- Allow 24hrs for the content to arrive. Sometimes it can take a bit to appear.
- If it doesn't show after 24hrs, grab valid proof of purchase (PoP) - check out 'iTunes and App Store' for in-game purchases.
- Create an in-game ticket to open a case with our support team for help with FC Mobile cases.
Our support team will do their best to help you with this from there, as we can't help with billing or missing content issues through the EA Forums.
How to Help with Investigation Efforts:
If you'd like to help us with our investigation efforts, please send me a DM with this subject line: "FCM - Missing Pack Contents After Payment went through", and share this information:
*Heads up: The purpose of the DM's is to help look into the issue overall. For help with your specific missing purchases, contact Support using the steps in the section above.
- Your User ID
- Name of Pack Purchased
- Device Type (iOS/Android)
- Region
- What Store it was made in (e.g., Webstore or In-game)
