I logged in using the correct Facebook account that I have always used.
This morning my account was working normally.
Tonight, the game forces me to create a new account and all progress is missing.
I did NOT create a new account or link another login method.
Please help restore my original account.

If you did link your game to Facebook before this happened, your game progress should be safely tucked away. Simply sign back into your Facebook account, and your game progress should be restored.
It could also help to check for app updates and install any that are available. Then restart your device.
Failing that, get in touch with our support team directly with your User ID. They will do their best to get you back in the game.
