Missing Purchase - need support

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:iOS
What's your device's make and model? iPhone 13 Pro Max
What's your device's firmware? iOS
What is your game version? 23.1.05
In what game mode did the bug occur? Store
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I did not receive FC Points I purchased.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) PM

  • Hello, hope you are well. I am very confused, as the in-game support told me to come here for assistance. I have all proof of purchase and I bought this around a month ago. After restarting the app multiple times and even deleting it and downloading it back, I still don’t have the FC Points. Thanks for your concern and hoping a higher-up could help…

    @0kejelk5r4df If you mentioned bug they just forward you here. Contact them and note you have purchase not received / missing rewards
  • I did. I have been missing this purchase for over a month now, and had multiple chats with them explaining my issue. They just asked for proof of purchase multiple times, and kept switching between support people. Once they finally acknowledged that I bought this product, they don’t communicate properly and urge off the topic, recommending other websites and other topics. I have been missing this purchase since October 23, at 7:50 PM. I have all proof of purchase if needed at any time and I just want to communicate to somebody who can help properly and provide me the FC Points I am missing. I have tried contacting Antwan and Jason through Discord but they are not responding for many weeks and I am unsure what to do. I am hoping a staff member can really help me out here. And yes, to confirm I did note that I had a purchase missing to them but it seems to not be of much help. 

  • I wouldn’t mind sharing screenshots of the support chat at any time, because they just don’t seem capable to return the missing purchase and I have been missing this for so long I can start to feel upset. Thanks for your response.

    Hey @0kejelk5r4df To confirm we are unable to assist with investigating or granting missing purchases here on the community forums. 

    For assistance you will need to contact our support via the in-game option as @EA_Pulsar mentioned.

    If our support is unable to verify any missing content on your account, they might direct you here to post in case there is a potential bug. Currently I am not aware of an issue where purchased FC Points do not arrive to your account that would be effecting everyone, however, I'm happy to pass the report along to our team! ⚽
