Missing rank up tokens!!

Hello EA FC Mobile Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to report an issue regarding missing Rank Up Tokens in my FC Mobile account. I kindly request your support in checking this matter.

Account Details:

• In-game Name: ft.candy

• FC Mobile User ID (UID): 874301117212372993

Issue Explanation:

• I initially had 857 Rank Up Tokens.

• I used 700 tokens to rank up my player (Vini Jr).

• Remaining balance should be 157 tokens.

After that:

• I successfully completed Scouting Camp – Stage 4, which rewards 200 Rank Up Tokens.

• I also received a Promotion Reward of 100 Rank Up Tokens.

So the expected total is:

157 + 200 + 100 = 457 Rank Up Tokens

However, my current balance shows only 257 Rank Up Tokens, meaning 200 Rank Up Tokens are missing.

Unfortunately, I am unable to attach the Scouting Camp win screenshot because it now shows “Run out of attempts”, so the completed stage screen is no longer visible. I kindly request you to please verify this from your system logs.

I sincerely request you to review my account activity and help resolve this issue. If possible, please credit the missing Rank Up Tokens to my account.
