Same here, the only reason I bought these winter sale box is guaranteed 92+ player, not spending 25000 gems and 4000 fc points for 60s and 70s player, I'm also mad cuz I didn't even got any 85+ player from 8 sale boxes. Think ea should give our gems and fc points or missing packs back.

It’s 8 per day limit - you need to open 8 in the same FC mobile day (reset to reset) to get the guaranteed 8 rewards.
the counter resets every day, so if you split across two days you can end up with multiples

Well, seems you didn't even open one of these packs, my winter sale box is disappeared from store after 8 purchase, apparently it's not a daily pack.
I thought I opened one in day one and decided afterwards that it wasn’t worth 50000 gems - I show as 0/8 so figured it refreshed. Maybe I opened one of the other packs 🤷♀️
i have informed the team - if it is gone after 8 attempts and hasn’t done what it says it should, then I expect once the team is back from Christmas break they will sort something out
yeah, perhaps other packs, I can confirm this is a maximum 8 attempts pack, I opend 4 pack in day one, and my pack still shows 4/8 after day two and day three refreash.
Where it is mentioned like that? Huh the pack disappear after 8 attempt of try and it says it packs 8 different Guaranteed rewards 8 times just dont fool people around here
Got a feeling that EA hope we forget about this, that's certainly not the case with me. I feel like they are doing this on purpose, surely this is meant to be a quick fix? Still no clarity from anyone about this, this is actually appalling people have proper issues and they just do not care one bit about their customers. I will not forget I check in each day. Cant exactly be using christmas holidays as an excuse anymore
