Missing reward - Winter 8 Pack

Well EA help instead of helping me sort the issue and just completely ignore me you decide to delete my posts on here, nothing wrong with anything I put they just deleted it because they dont want to deal with the issue. I've spent money and not recieved the item that your promo said i would get. Getting mugged of big time here, I've not been able to contact anyone in almost 4 weeks about this issue. Wonder how long it take for EA help to delete this too, I have screenshots of everything and will upload on twitter to see what they do to customers
