Missing reward - Winter 8 Pack

What's your device's firmware? SM-G955
What is your game version? Latest version
In what game mode did the bug occur? Store
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? (So i basically opened the winter pack that had 8 prizes and guarantee you 92-95 player on Sunday December 24,i opened it 8 times but didnt get either my mascherano or the 92+ player i got the 2mil and 75+ player twice so pls ea take a look at my account and fix it dont tell me i spent all those for nothing im so dissapointed.)

    It's been a month, my grandmom could learn database and solve this issue, but EA cannot, haha.

    What is wrong with these guys at EA why do they not want to sort this out?

    It's been over a month and a half still absolute radio silence from EA about this. I spent my own money on this I expect better from these guys. They're genuinely useless. Ide advice anyone with this issue to claim a refund and if they will not give you a refund post it all over the socials to see exactly what this company are like. A company this size taking your money and not giving you the stated reward is absolutely scandalous. I dont give a damn how much the player will be worth now but I've spent really money and expect a company like this to deal with it. I'm actually fuming at these EA guys now, theyve had more than enough time to sort this out!
