Missing rewards

Everyone I had to report a glitch, in the new songkran event, I opened the 40000 market pick token 102-107 pack and got 100 songkran tokens, then I claimed it from my inbox. After claiming the tokens, I opened the 100 songkran tokens pack, in which I got 10,000 gems, 30,000 market pick tokens and 125 songkran tokens, I took the songkran tokens as it’s a benefit ( I spent 100 and got 125, 25 extra.) but when I claimed it from my inbox after opening the pack, I did not get the songkran tokens, they were lost, I tried reinstalling the app but did not work. PLEASE HELP!!
