Missing Store Purchase

I have purchased vouchers for 200rs from store money hass been taken but I didn't get the vouchers yet I also recieved the recipe CM: Edited thread title to add more context.

 First, please try restarting your game and your device to see if that helps. 
Because transactions can occasionally be delayed while processing, I'd recommend waiting at least 24 hours.
