Missing super offer

I would like to report an issue I experienced today in FC Mobile.

Earlier today, I purchased 5000 FC Points specifically to buy a special offer that appeared in the store. However, the offer seemed to be bugged and could not be purchased. Shortly after, the offer was removed from the store.

As a result, I spent money on FC Points for an offer that I was unable to access due to this issue.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this and advise on a possible solution, such as restoring the offer or providing compensation.
