When I was playing the UCL matches in the UCL event. I beat inter Millan as Bayern, but after i pressed continue it said that there was a content update. when i checked the game counted it as a win without giving me the rewards for it. you can see from the images below i have 100 shards even though I beat 3 of the matches and i didn't spend a single shard.

Community Managerhey rr5pil7gl9iz Let me clarify a few points that might help. To claim the rewards, make sure all matches in the event are completed. From your images, it seems the PSG vs AVL match is still pending. Once all matches are finished, you should be able to claim your rewards just like I did after completing them.
It's important to note that you receive guaranteed shards only if you play on either Professional or Legendary difficulty. This might explain the discrepancy in shard count.
