Missing utots exchange player

Today I used my dembele and Messi tots version to utots in like 1 hour after update then I upgraded both of them to utots then I came to my team to use them both but when I checked I only saw Messi on my team and dembele missing. I tried everything such as reinstall and reset phone but nothing worked ea please fix this
