What is this,, tackle 7 times,, when I tackle 2 times it doesn't even add 1 tackle,, I am using the right player,, explain this

It’s not a great objective … turn of auto switching, when you have your desire player highlighted start slide tackling, do it anywhere, you don’t need to be near the balls just slide tackle after slide tackle.
Also level the score to take it into extra time to give you additional time to complete.
its achievable, just not very logical given the difficulty in selecting a particular defender
the team has been made aware of the issue
