Why does EA?

Why does EA use ai to finish developing games? Seems lazy and kinda makes all their titles seem like cash grabs because they don’t want to use real teams so they can in turn maximize profits. All while making games year after year worse even if they’re literally the same game with just a different # in the title and a few in game tweaks.
