I bought a player pack from store for 7500 gems and supricesly I got nothing all gems are gone.WHAT KIND OF BUG IS IT??
Raise a ticket with helpdesk via the in-game menu stating, missing content. I'd wait 24 hours first, though, sometimes the game does go out of sync.
