Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Hello EA Support Team,

I have previously submitted a request/appeal regarding an issue with my account. However, I have not received any email response so far.

I was informed by a support advisor that an email would be sent, but this has not happened.

I have been waiting for some time and still cannot access my account. This situation is causing inconvenience.

I kindly request a clear and prompt update regarding the status of my case.

Please review my account and inform me of the result via email as soon as possible.

    We can't look into this through the EA Forums. If you've sent in an appeal to the Terms of Service team using the steps pinned to the top of this thread, then you've done the right thing. 

    An appeal can take some time. It varies case by case, and they aim to get back to you within 10 day,s but sometimes it can take a bit longer. Keep an eye on your email inbox for a response.
